Client intake privacy

OFF BRAND is operated by Jake Gitlin in Massachusetts. This private client studio supplements the public website’s privacy notice.

What is stored

Your questionnaire answers, saved drafts and uploaded materials are stored in a private Supabase database and file storage. Cloudflare delivers this studio. Jake uses your materials to review your business and prepare the agreed work. The public contact form remains a separate email inquiry system.

Your private link

Anyone with your invitation link can access and change your saved questionnaire until submission or expiry. Keep the link private. Links expire after 30 days and Jake can revoke them. Answers are saved when you choose Save or Save and continue. Submission locks client editing.

AI and human review

This studio does not automatically send answers or files to AI services. Jake may use Claude and ChatGPT to assist the agreed work, with your permission and subject to your project agreement. Jake reviews drafts before delivery. Do not upload passwords, payment details, health information or material you lack permission to share.

Retention and requests

A fixed retention period has not yet been established. Saved answers and materials remain stored until deleted. To ask about access, correction, deletion or restrictions on AI use, contact jake.gitlin@getoffbrand.co. OFF BRAND may need to retain records required by law or an agreement.

Technical access

Jake signs in through Supabase authentication. Cloudflare and Supabase may process technical request information to operate and protect the service. The studio does not add advertising trackers or analytics. It keeps the browser’s working answers and sign-in token in memory rather than browser storage. Invitation tokens are hashed in the database.
